What materials are used in The Indus Valley products?

We specialize in healthy, toxin-free cookware made from natural materials such as cast iron, iron, copper, clay, and neem wood. All our products are 100% chemical-free and food-safe.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across the country.

Do I need to season my cast iron cookware before use?

Most of our cast iron products come pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. However, for the best cooking experience, we recommend a quick wash and a light coating of oil before your first use.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging if they are received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered.

Are your products compatible with induction cooktops?

Many of our iron and cast iron products are induction-friendly due to their magnetic properties. Please check the 'Product Specifications' section on the individual product page for compatibility details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
