Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the cookware is unused, unwashed, and packed in its original packaging with all tags and instruction manuals intact.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive within 3-5 business days to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a pickup receipt for your records.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
